Fenix Film AB is now embarking on a new chapter as we transform into Rising Phoenix Films Inc. This rebranding marks a pivotal evolution in our journey, reflecting our drive towards building momentum in the cinematic landscape.
Since our establishment in 2010, our company has made its mark by producing engaging television content, such as "Travel the World" and "World of Education," developed in partnership with leading Swedish universities. We've also ventured into live event broadcasts, commercials, and several documentary series for mainly American audiences.
At the heart of our company is our commitment to storytelling that resonates. Beyond our commercial ventures, we dedicate ourselves to creating documentaries and short films that explore pressing themes of human rights and freedom of speech, which have reached thousands of viewers both nationally and internationally.
Tobias Elvhage is an award-winning producer and director with nearly 20 years of experience in the film and television industry. His latest docudrama has received nine awards, including Best POV Documentary at the Manhattan Film Festival 2023, recognized for its compelling storytelling, impactful message, and contribution to cinema. Since 2010, Tobias has produced and directed TV series and documentaries for both Swedish and international audiences. His work spans a wide range of topics, from cultural and historical narratives to human rights issues. Among his notable projects is Taste of France, a 13-episode haute cuisine docuseries that achieved significant success in Australia. His recent film, Pure Life, was named Best Short Film at the LA Documentary Film Festival in May 2023 and won the European Cinematography Award in April 2023.
As the founder of Fenix Film AB, he has led the company for 15 years, collaborating with a diverse range of organizations and businesses. His work includes projects with the Swedish Institute to promote Sweden internationally, partnerships with top Swedish universities to develop TV series and commercials, and collaborations with the Swedish tourism industry to create engaging television content. He has also produced documentaries in partnership with major Swedish institutions such as the Swedish Church and leading construction companies.Expanding his work to the U.S., Tobias now operates through Rising Phoenix Film, where he produces feature films for a global audience, including the upcoming Wishes Unheard.
With a passion for film as a powerful tool for communication, Andrea has successfully developed numerous program concepts for television. Her training at NTD Television's headquarters in New York, combined with her experience as the CEO of the production company Journey West Media in Stockholm, has equipped her with a unique blend of skills. Most recently, she has expanded her creative repertoire by composing film music for our productions.
Nikou is our ambitions production coordinator. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, she ensures that every project runs seamlessly from start to finish. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, she combines academic insight with hands-on expertise to streamline workflows and optimize logistics.
